Thanksgiving

Just wanted to let everyone know our plans as of today. We are planning a trip to Texas as of now. If work calls the trip will be called off. We are going to head out Tuesday when the kids get out of school and go to my parents for Wednesday and Thursday. Then we go from there to Rockdale either Thursday night or first thing Friday morning. (Ron is not to know about our trip in case things do not happen. We will just surprise him.) We will stay in Rockdale till Saturday evening and then we will head home. We decided to try and make this trip because it may be a while before we can make it again with school and weather. Love you guys, miss you guys, and can't wait to see everyone.

Michael's home

Just thought I would drop a note to let everyone know Michael is home. He got home early this morning. He is going to stay home a week or so before he heads back out. Everyone was excited to see him. Nathaniel did not recognize him, because he had a beard. But, when he heard his voice he was fine. He has sleep most of the day and will probably sleep for the next few days. Happy Veterans Day.

School

Well, the school bond did not pass election. So, now our kids will be going to either year round school or they will have twice a day schooling. It will be decided by the end of the school year. There are pros and cons to both, but the Lord will do what is needed for them. Everything is going well here. Michael is still out of town and will not be home for another 3 to 5 weeks, and the kids are all doing very well. My mom has been here visiting and will be heading out this weekend. Love you all.

Doodle Man

This is how Nathaniel got his self stuck the other day and I thought it was to cute. Thought you guys might enjoy it too. He has gotten such a personality now. He walks in a room and when you talk to him he will get shy and raise him arm for a pose to hide. When he went to the doctor last week he was 29 1/2 inches long and weighed 21 3/4 pounds.

Vance Birthday

We had Vance's Birthday today. We had it at home and he wanted it to just be our family. Nathaniel got his first cake, and he liked it. He made the biggest mess, but it was worth it.
