Fox Theater

The kids and I took a trip to the Fox Theater, and watched Cirque of Dreams Jungle Fantasy. It was an acrobatic show. We had a great time. We could not take pictures of the show because of the copyright, but we took pictures of the building (Fox Theater) and the Cathedral up the road. It was so pretty. Nathaniel even sat and watched the show with all the lights and sound. It was really neat.

Michael headed back to work yesterday (3/30/2009). He is going to be gone for 2 to 6 weeks this time. Very thankful for having work right now, because there are many who do not have a job. The kids are all doing well in school. They have nine more weeks and they are out, but then they are taking a month of summer school. Brittany is going to be taken drivers ed in summer school, and the boys are going for the time slot. (All it can do is help them.) So, our summer will be short this year. We are trying to work in our family vacation and a trip to Texas. Not sure how it is all going to work, but God will send us where he wants us. Love you all and miss everyone.

1 year old pictures

Here are a few of the pictures I had done at J.C. Penny for Nathaniel's first birthday. I think they turned out great. She got some really good shots. I will post some more in a few days.

Michael is in town for a few days, so we are busy getting things done. We sold our house in Texas yesterday, and now have to start the hunt for a new one here. Just waiting on the Lord to lead us in the direction he wants us. (Trying to be patient. Which I am not very good at.) I will keep you all posted.

Birthday Boys

Today we had Corey and Nathaniel's birthday party. They had fun. Nathaniel was not big on the messy cake, but he liked ripping the (all) paper off his gifts. He would not stop till every piece was ripped off. (Not often Momma lets him tear paper up.) Here are a few pictures I everyone might like to see. Corey got a Rock band, set for his PS2, and now the kids are all down there jamming out. Right now Brittany is on the drums, Corey on Guitar, and Vance singing.

Strep throat

Letting everyone know I had Nathaniel's one year pictures taken today, and they turned out great. I will be putting them up as soon as I can. I am waiting for a email with all the pictures. The bath tub pictures are awesome. He was clapping and laughing.

Corey had to go to the doctor today. He has a sinus infection and strep throat, so we are having to Lysol the house heavy again. I surely do not want it to spread. They also looked into Nathaniel's ears while I was there and they were clear. (Thank you Lord)

Well, I am going to combine Corey and Nathaniel's birthday party this weekend. So, I will have some pictures next week. Love you all!
